Loan Assistant
Job Description:
Responsible for processing documentation for the bank’s TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) loans, consumer non real estate loans, and commercial real estate and non real estate loans. Reviews the integrity of documents used in closing the loan and ensures the documentation process results in legally binding documents which are in compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
-High School diploma
-Intermediate computer and typing skills to meet production needs of the position
-Knowledge of loan collateral requirements and knowledge of TRID consumer regulations
